CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — A University of North Carolina School of Law building was evacuated Friday morning when one side of the building began to crumble.

Structural engineers were called in to inspect the building after windows started bowing and bricks cracked.

The building facade was damaged, but the building is structurally sound, engineers said. Several classrooms will remain closed until repairs are made, but the university reopened the building late Friday.
