Two vehicle wreck reported in Clayton

Clayton, N.C. — Two people were transported to a nearby hospital after a wreck at N.C. Highway 42 and U.S. 70 Business Thursday evening, the state Highway Patrol said.
The wreck involved two vehicles.
No other information was released.
