Two-vehicle accident in Raleigh sends two people to hospital

Raleigh police were investigating after a two-vehicle accident sent two people to the hospital on Wednesday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police were investigating after a two-vehicle accident sent two people to the hospital on Wednesday.

Police were at the intersection of Milburnie Road and Raleigh Boulevard just before 5 p.m. Raleigh police had all directions blocked off as the scene was being investigated and so crews could clean up.

Police said one person had minor injuries while the other person had moderate to serious injuries, which were non-life threatening.

The injured people were taken to a local hospital. There was no word on the cause of the accident or the condition of the people who were sent to the hospital.
