Two suspects in custody, facing charges in two shooting incidents in Goldsboro

Goldsboro police have arrested and charged a man in two shots fired incidents on Saturday.

GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Goldsboro police have arrested and charged a man in two shots fired incidents on Saturday.

Calvin Coley was arrested and charged with three counts of firing into an occupied dwelling and attempted assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill. Coley was placed under a $750,000 secured bond pending his first appearance on Monday.

Walter Coley was arrested and charged with attempted assault with a deadly weapon and flee to elude with a motor vehicle. Walter Coley was placed under a $50,000 secured bond pending his first appearance on Monday.

Police said they were dispatched to 115 Spearwood Dr. to a call of shots fired. When Officers arrived, they spoke to the victim who had been shot at by a known suspect. There were also three more victims in the trailer that was struck by gunfire. During this investigation, Calvin Coley was determined to be a suspect.

A second call to shots fired was made later at the same location. A description of the suspect's vehicle was given and, after a pursuit, Walter Coley, was arrested.
