HE SAID HE WAS GETTING GAS AT THIS MARATHON AT PUMP 10 WHEN A FIGHT BETWEEN A WOMAN AND A MAN BROKE OUT. THIS IS THE VIDEO POSTED ON INSTAGRAM. WITNESS RASHOD SAID HE WAS WAITING TO GET GAS AT THIS MARATHON IN KNIGHTDALE AROUND 2:00 THIS AFTERNOON, WHEN A WOMAN IN THE WHITE CAR TRY TO CUT THE LONG LINE. WHEN NO ONE WOULD LET HER IN, RASHOD SAID SHE RAN INTO THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE OF THIS GRAY HONDA AT PUMP 10. HE TELLS US, AFTER CRASHING INTO THE MAN'S CAR THE WOMAN GOT OUT AND SPIT ON THE MAN WHILE YELLING. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE VIDEO THE MAN GETS OUT OF THE CAR AND SPITS BACK AT THE WOMEN. THE WITNESS TELLS US THAT IS WHEN THE FIGHT BROKE OUT. AS YOU CAN TELL, THE TWO PUSH AND PULL AT EACH OTHER PUT THE WOMAN EVEN RIPPING THE MAN SHIRT BEFORE RASHOD SAID POLICE ARRIVED. FROM THE VIDEO, YOU CAN SEE THE MAN TOSSED IT LOOKS LIKE THE WOMAN CELL PHONE INTO THE STREET. WE HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE KNIGHTDALE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND WE ARE WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. WE ALSO REACHED OUT TO THE RALEIGH POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE DURHAM POLICE DEPARTMENT TO SEE IF THERE ARE OTHER ALTERCATIONS AT THE PUMPS TONIGHT. SO FAR, THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY WITH EITHER OF THOSE POLICE DEPARTMENTS. BACK TO YOU.</p>

I'm meteorologist, Amy Weu in the WRL severe weather center, only a 20% chance of rain today. And that's gonna be mainly in our southern counties this afternoon and this evening. So most will stay dry today. It's dry Thursday, dry Friday. But then over the weekend rain chances go up, it's about a 60% chance Saturday, a 70% chance Sunday it won't rain the entire day, both of those days. But I do think we at least have a good chance for some scattered showers and storms. Both of those days. We'll get some high resolution model data starting tomorrow. And hopefully we'll have a better idea of the timeline for today. Again, the best chance would be in the afternoon and evening in our southern counties. So south of the triangle and it's only a 20% chance for rain. So again, most will stay dry today, it will be dry and feeling like summertime tomorrow and Friday, high temperatures getting close to 90 both days. And then over the week, we do have the potential for rain on Saturday, it looks like the morning could stay dry, which would be great news for the Coen Race for the Cure. We're a proud sponsor of that event, so we're hoping that it stays dry for sure. But then as we get to the afternoon and evening, a little unsettled, we'll have some scattered showers, maybe a few thunderstorms on Sunday morning, a few showers in the morning, but a better chance for some of those scattered showers and storms heading into the second half of the day and some of that rain will linger into Monday as well. Monday appears fairly unsettled with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms and we could even have a few storms on Tuesday as well around town. Today, we do not expect any rain for most locations. It's only a 20% chance 84 for the high in Raleigh and Durham, 84 for the high in Fayetteville as well. So it's a warm day out there for outdoor practices this evening. It looks pretty good. Just that slim chance for rain, especially down to the south will be at 82 by 5 p.m. 79 at 6 p.m. and then down into the low to mid seventies by 8 p.m. So overall it looks pretty good, could have a little bit of patchy fog overnight tonight. And then tomorrow it's warm 88 with mostly sunny skies, 89 on Friday and then we're dodging some rain and storms over the weekend and that trend continues into Monday and Tuesday of next week.
