Two NC State baseball players facing felony charges

RALEIGH, N.C. — Two NC State baseball players are facing felony charges.

David Harrison, 21 and William Klyman, 23 were arrested on charges that include assault and battery and breaking and entering inside Hudson Hall in Wolf Village.

Police reports say upon entering the building, Klyman started throwing punches, hitting the victim multiple times. 

Fred Demarest, Senior Associate Athletic Director for NC State, told WRAL News the following.

“We are aware of the charges and await additional details. The student-athletes involved have been suspended from athletic participation pending resolution of this matter in accordance with the NC State Student-Athlete Code of Conduct.”
