Two injured in east Raleigh stabbing

Two people were injured early Wednesday in a stabbing on Maple Street in east Raleigh, authorities said.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Two people were injured early Wednesday in a stabbing on Maple Street in east Raleigh, authorities said. 

Officers responded to the 100 block of Maple Street about 12:30 a.m., but the stabbing victims had driven themselves to the hospital. 

One person suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, and the other suffered minor injuries. Their names were not released. 

No arrests have been made in the incident.
