Two hospitalized from different shootings in Durham
A man is in the hospital in serious condition after a shooting in Durham overnight.

Police said there were two crime scenes, one at a BP station on South Alston Ave. just off the Durham Freeway. Crime scene tape was up around the parking lot and a wrecked van sat about a block away. The van appeared to have at least one bullet hole in the back of the vehicle.
The second scene was near Angier Avenue and Alston Avenue.
On Saturday night around 8:30, a different shooting occurred in the area of Elm and Dale Streets. A man was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
