Two-county chase leads to wreck, two injured
A two-county chase by the NC State Highway Patrol and a vehicle led to a wreck and two injuries on Saturday.

DURHAM, N.C. — A two-county chase by the NC State Highway Patrol and a vehicle led to a wreck and two injuries on Saturday.
Troopers said the chase originated In Person County and went into Durham County and happened after 3 p.m. At the time of the wreck, the suspect's vehicle was traveling southboud on US 501, going around 110 MPH. The vehicle later struck an embankment and overturned.
Both the driver and the passenger were transported to Duke University Hospital with serious injuries.
Officials said the driver would be facing charges.
