Two burned in Fayetteville apartment fire
A woman and 2-year-old girl were burned in an apartment fire at Melvin Place, a housing complex off Rosehill Road in Fayetteville on Friday afternoon, firefighters said.

Another woman and an 8-month-boy suffered from smoke inhalation.
The fire started in a bedroom and damaged the unit. Two other apartments also sustained smoke damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
