Two arrested, facing drug charges in Robeson County

Two people were arrested and are facing drug charges in Robeson County.

RED SPRINGS, N.C. — Two people were arrested and are facing drug charges in Robeson County.

Members of the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Community Impact Team, Drug Enforcement Division and SWAT Team executed a search warrant at 153 Charolette Road in Red Springs. They found quantities of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Addley Steven Locklear, 32, of Red Springs was arrested along with Shane Prather, 28, of Red Springs. Locklear was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. Prather was charged with felony possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Locklear was placed in the Robeson County Detention Center under a $500,000 secured bond while Prather was held under a $7,500 secured bond.
