YOU SEE ONE OF THEM RIGHT THERE BEING PULLED BACK BY A RALEIGH POLICE OFFICER. WHAT THIS VIDEO DOES NOT SHOW THOUGH IS WHAT LED UP TO THAT ARREST. ACCORDING TO RPD AND ON TWITTER THIS EVENING, THEY ARE TELLING US THAT SOME OF THOSE FOLKS RIGHT THERE WERE REFUSING TO GET OUT OF THE STREET WHEN RPD WAS TRYING TO GET THEM TO MOVE. THEY WERE BLOCKING TRAFFIC THERE IN DOWNTOWN ON HILLSBOROUGH AT McDOWELL. NOW, THE STORY CONTINUES TO DEVELOP. AGAIN, BOTH SIDES HERE ARE COMING FORWARD. MORE INFORMATION OF THE CITY COUNCILMEMBER SAGE MARTIN SAYS TOMORROW, HE'S GOING TO LAY OUT MORE INFORMATION WHY HE THINKS POLICE NEED TO BE DEFUNDED. OUR JULIAN GRACE LIVE IN DOWNTOWN RIGHT NOW AT THE JAIL, WHERE SOME OF THOSE WERE TAKEN, JULIAN? >> Reporter: MARK, WE ARE HERE LIVE AT THE WAKE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER. IT IS VERY QUIET RIGHT NOW. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE JUST AN HOUR AGO. DEPUTIES WERE RIGHT -- IN CENTER -- IN FRONT OF THE CENTER HERE, THAT IS, AND PROTESTERS WERE SITTING ON THE SIDEWALK. PROTESTERS  WERE WITH CAPITAL AND SEABORNE, AND THEY WERE NOT SAYING A LOT. THEY WERE WAITING FOR TWO OF THEIR OWN TO BE RELEASED. TAKE A LOOK AT THIS VIDEO. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED. WE WATCHED AS DEPUTIES RELEASED ONE OF THE PROTESTERS AND A GROUP WELCOMED HER BACK. YOU CAN SEE THE GROUP CLAPPING AS THEY CIRCLED AROUND HER AND GAVE HER HUGS. THEN ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATER, THE CROWD LEFT THE SCENE HERE, BUT BEFORE THEY LEFT, I ASKED TO INTERVIEW A COUPLE OF THE PROTESTERS THAT WERE IN THE CROWD. THEY ALL SAID NO COMMENT AT THIS TIME. NOW RALEIGH POLICE, THEY DID PUT OUT A TWEET EARLIER TODAY CONFIRMING THAT TWO PEOPLE HAD BEEN ARRESTED. NOW NC BORN, THEY WERE VERY CLEAR WHY THEY WERE OUT HERE, THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO LEAVE THE AREA UNTIL, UNTIL TWO OF THEIR MEMBERS HAD BEEN RELEASED. WE WATCHED ONE OF THEIR MEMBERS RELEASED TONIGHT, AND EARLIER TONIGHT, RALEIGH POLICE SAID THE OTHER WAS RELEASED AS WELL. SO THIS IS WHAT WE KNOW RIGHT NOW, DEBRA. THIS SEEMS LIKE A VERY FLUID

Good afternoon. I'm meteorologist, Amy Wilmoth in the severe weather center. Another beautiful day today, sunshine, just a few clouds. Temperatures will climb into the eighties. We still have this strong cold front that will arrive this weekend and bring a drop in our temperatures. It will feel more like fall. We could have lows back down into the forties by Sunday morning and we do have a small chance for some rain Friday into part of Saturday. Here's a look at our high temperatures for the next five days. Our normal high of 78 we stay close to that for the next several days. It does turn a bit cooler Saturday with a high temperature of 73 but 82 today, 81 Wednesday, 80 on Thursday. So staying warm in the afternoons, the mornings remain comfortable, certainly cooler by Sunday. But mid to upper 50 Wednesday and Thursday, low sixties, Friday and Saturday and then 49 for the low temperature on Sunday, it's likely to be even cooler Monday morning. This is a look at the forecast lows for Monday morning, 46 degrees for the low temperature in Raleigh, 45 in Rocky Mount 47 for the low in Fayetteville. So a chilly start to the work week. Next week, the front does bring a chance for some rain on Friday. Some scattered showers will be right now. It looks like the best chance will be a long I 95. We will get high resolution model data starting tomorrow with a better idea of how widespread the rain may or may not be. Right now. We're keeping it at just a 20% chance by Friday evening, it's looking mainly dry, just a 20% chance for rain overnight, Friday and into early Saturday and then drier air will slip in the second half of the day. On Saturday, temperatures stay warm for the next few days and it stays dry just a slim chance for rain along the front Friday into Saturday. Saturday, 73 Sunday will wake up to temperatures in the upper forties and then 68 for the high temperatures, Sunday afternoon with plenty of sunshine looking good Monday. After a chilly start, we will have plenty of sunshine with high temperatures near 70.
