If you are planning to buy the Disney Pixar movie Brave, you can score a $5 rebate when you also buy any Honeysuckle White or Shady Brook Farms turkey product!

Rebate details from the folks at Cargill:

The deal: Purchase Disney-Pixar's BRAVE Blu-Ray™ Combo Pack plus any Honeysuckle White® or Shady Brook Farms® turkey product and receive $5 by mail.

Requirements:

1. Proof-of-purchase tab from your BRAVE Blu-ray™ Combo Pack (the proof of purchase tab is located on the back of the product packaging just above the UPC code).

2. Cash register receipt from your BRAVE Blu-ray™ Combo Pack with purchase imprinted with store name and dated between November 13, 2012 and January 5, 2013, with purchase price circled (photocopies acceptable; pre-order receipts acceptable).

3. Cash register receipt from your Honeysuckle White® Turkey purchase imprinted with store name and dated between November 1, 2012 and January 5, 2013, with purchase price circled (photocopies acceptable).

4. This original, hand-printed, completed certificate available Nov. 1, 2013, in stores, on product packaging or downloadable form found at either http://www.shadybrookfarms.com HERE or http://www.honeysucklewhite.com HERE.

Fine print: Limit one (1) rebate per household. Offer valid, and purchases must be made, between Nov. 1, 2012 and Jan. 5, 2013. All requests must be postmarked by February 5, 2013. Keep in mind that:

· While the turkey purchase may be made from today (Nov. 1) through Jan. 5, 2013, the movie purchase dates run from Nov. 13 through Jan. 5, 2013, because the national BRAVE Blu-ray release is on Nov. 13. However, receipts for people who pre-ordered the movie prior to Nov. 13 will be accepted.
