Truck rear-ends school bus in Wake Forest
A pick-up truck rear-ended a Wake County school bus Wednesday morning on Jones Dairy Road.

WAKE FOREST, N.C. — A pick-up truck rear-ended a Wake County school bus Wednesday morning on Jones Dairy Road.
The crash occurred near Willowlawn Drive around 7:30 a.m.
WRAL News is working to learn more about charges.
No children were on the bus at the time of the crash. The bus was servicing Heritage Middle School and was headed to its first stop.
Witnesses say kids were actually in the street at the time of the crash.
Ben Walker said his 11-year-old daughter, Alyssa, saw the truck driver’s head hit the steering wheel.
