Troopers chase, arrest wanted Rocky Mount man

Greenville, N.C. — Troopers chased and then arrested a Rocky Mount man who was wanted for allegedly breaking into businesses in Greenville.
Around 2 a.m. Tuesday, deputies chased Terrace Edwards, 23, at speeds reaching 110 mph in a 35 mph zone, authorities said.
Edwards crashed into security barriers at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, got out of the vehicle and ran, officials said. Troopers used a Taser on him and arrested him.
Edwards is charged with felony speeding to elude arrest. Other charges were pending.
