A man died Saturday night after being hit by a van on 13 Bridges Road in Enfield, according to the state Highway Patrol.

<b>ENFIELD, N.C.</b> — A man died Saturday night after being hit by a van on 13 Bridges Road in Enfield, according to the state Highway Patrol.

Troopers said Milton Larry Hudson, 53, was lying in the road when he was struck around 9:40 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The driver of the van has not been charged.
