<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A driver struck a tree, which then fell into a Raleigh apartment building on Sunday.

The incident happened at 8:30 p.m. at Kent and Kaplan Roads.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

Raleigh police said four people were in the car, and three people were now in custody.

The incident remains under investigation.
