It was mid-October when I joined O2 Fitness and began working with Trainer Anthony. I set my goals low – hoping to just lose 10 pounds. Now, I am 30 pounds down and feeling strong and healthy. I fit into a size 6 this weekend for the first time in my life.
Writing this blog has helped keep me on track, but your support has really been the thing that kept me focused. On mornings when I didn’t want to hit the gym, I thought about all of the warm wishes and great tips from everyone and I got myself out of bed!
I am down to my ultimate goal weight, but that doesn’t mean I am going to slack off. I am working to maintain that weight through eating healthy and working out at least four times a week. I might drop another five pounds before we start a family, but I am not going to kill myself trying.
You might think this sounds like the end. Well, I am not going to bail on you now! When there is news on the baby front, you will be one of the first to know. Until then, I want to keep talking about fitness and health.
In next week’s blog, I am going to tackle some celebrity diets. Anyone in particular you want me to look up?
