RALEIGH, N.C. — A number of events will affect traffic patterns in downtown Raleigh on Saturday. The closings will take place in three phases. Times given are approximate.
Phase I -- Inauguration Ceremonies (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) The following street blocks will be closed to vehicular traffic:
00 block of East Jones St. between Salisbury St. and Wilmington St.
100 block of East Edenton St. between Wilmington St. and Blount St.
100 block of North Wilmington St. between Edenton St. and Jones St.
200 block of North Blount St. between Lane St. and Jones St.
100 block of East Lane St. between Wilmington St. and Blount St.
Inaugural Parade:
Street and intersections will close and reopen as appropriate along the following route:
Parade forms at Wilmington St. and North St. and proceeds
South on Wilmington St. to Morgan St.
West on Morgan St. to Salisbury St.
North on Salisbury St. to Lane St.
The 100 block on E. Jones St. will be closed from 6 p.m. Friday until 2 p.m. Saturday.
Phase II -- Right to Life March (2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.) Streets and intersections will close and reopen as appropriate along the following route:

East on Martin St. to Salisbury St.
North on Salisbury St. to Morgan St.
East on Morgan St. to Wilmington St.
North on Wilmington St. to Jones St.

South on Salisbury St. to Edenton St.
West on Edenton St. to Sacred Heart Cathedral (200 block)
Phase III -- Inaugural Activates (5 p.m. to Midnight)
The 00 Block of Lenoir St. will be closed between Wilmington St. and Salisbury St.
