PRINCETON, N.C. — A tractor-trailer hauling squash caught fire in Johnston County on Wednesday.

The incident blocked the intersection of Baker's Chapel Road and Woodard Road.

The fire started at 11:45 a.m. and was expected to take until about 5 p.m. to finish cleaning up.

The truck was on its way to Bakersfield, Ca., according to the driver.
