DUNN, N.C. — A section of Interstate 95 near the Johnston County and Harnett County line was closed after a tractor-trailer carrying straw caught fire on Friday.

Troopers with the NC State Highway Patrol told WRAL one northbound I-95 lane near Exit 75, which is Jonesboro Road near Dunn, is now open. Both lanes were initially closed. Crews were working to clear the area so traffic could resume.

Southbound I-95 lanes were open but slow going due to onlooker traffic.
