- The House meets at 10 a.m. and is expected to take override votes on the seven vetoes Gov. Roy Cooper issued late Monday.
- The House also will debate a proposed constitutional amendment to cap the corporate and individual income tax rates.
- The Senate already overrode two of Cooper's vetoes and likely will hold override votes on the other five Wednesday afternoon after the House has acted.
- The Senate also will likely vote on a proposed constitutional amendment shifting the power to appoint people to state boards and commissions from the governor to lawmakers.
