- Senate Health Care debates allowing terminally ill patients to experiment with adult stem cell treatments. (10 a.m., 643 LOB)
- Senate Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources considers requiring solar farm operators to recycle old components. (10 a.m., 1124/1224 LB)
- Senate Finance considers a partial repeal of the state's Certificate of Need regulations for proposed health care facilities. (12 p.m., 544 LOB)
- Neither the Senate nor the House have controversial bills on their floor calendars.
