Three sought in Durham shooting

Durham, N.C. — Police were searching Friday for three men in a Thursday night shooting.
Warrants have been issued charging William Andre Jones, 26, and Terell Reginald Jones, 25, both of Glasson Street, with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. William Jones also faces a charge of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
Three men were chasing another man through a breezeway at 3311 Glasson Street shortly after 8:30 p.m. Thursday when one of the pursuers fired two shots, police said. The man wasn't hit, but a 40-year-old woman standing on the sidewalk was shot in the foot, police said.
She was taken to Duke University Hospital for treatment.
The third suspect hasn't been identified. He is described as a light-complected black man with freckles. He was wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt and Timberland shoes.
