RALEIGH, N.C. — Police on Thursday arrested three people in connection with an August 2008 shooting death.

Constantino Martinez-Hernandez, 47, was found shot to death behind the Valero Mart in the 1900 block of Hawkins Street on Aug. 6, 2008.

Saquoia Danielle Pryor, 20, of 900 Pine Forest Drive, was arrested at the Wake County Courthouse Thursday morning and charged with murder in the case. Terrick Tarrell Jeffrey, 27, was arrested on Lightner Lane early Thursday and was charged as an accessory to murder.

Jerrod Ivery Brinson, 21, surrendered to authorities Thursday afternoon. He was being held at the Wake County Jail.

It was unclear Thursday how police linked those charged to Martinez-Hernandez's death. Police said more charges are expected in the case, which remains under investigation.
