RALEIGH, N.C. — Three people have been arrested and charged in a fraud scam where officials said they defrauded victims of around $500,000.

Wake County Sheriff's Office investigators said Khristopher Stukes, 26, Kirsten Davis, 24, and Carl Parker, 25, face over 100 felony fraud charges spanning Wake, Durham and Johnston counties. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has also agreed to prosecute some of the suspects on federal charges.
