RALEIGH, N.C. — One of the largest consignment sales in the state will return to the N.C. State Fairgrounds this weekend.
The Kids Exchange consignment sale will feature gently used and new children's clothes, toys, gear and more.

The sale is believed to be the largest of its kind in the nation and typically has about 500 tables worth of items for sale.

With so many used toys and baby products, officials advise to check the condition of the items before buying. Also, remember to check expiration dates on car seats.

This is the schedule for public shopping:

  • 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Feb. 10. The Kids Exchange Eve Sale is open to the public, but requires $15 advanced tickets, which you can buy online. (Admission is free for those with a military ID.)
  • 9 a.m. to 6 p.m, Friday, Feb. 11. Admission is free.
  • 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb 12. Admission is free.
  • 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 13. Admission is free, and many items are half off.
Shoppers will need to pre-register to shop on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can do that via Eventbrite.
