DUNN, N.C. — The third suspect in a fatal shooting in Dunn last week has been arrested, the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday night.

Demetrius Monte Johnson, 21, of Fayetteville, was fatally shot as he was driving on U.S. Highway 301 on May 29.

Isaiah Shantrell Wilson, 20, of Erwin, was arrested Wednesday evening by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. He was found in a hotel room in Charlotte, the Harnett County Sheriff's Office said.

Tony Junior Williams, 29, of Erwin, and Travonta Malik Sittle, 19, of Dunn, were arrested Tuesday afternoon in Harnett County.

All three were charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and shooting into an occupied motor vehicle.

"It looks like a vehicle came up from behind and shot him through the back window," he said. "Nothing surprises me anymore out here. It goes to show the recklessness of people today. They don't care and they make poor choices and put other people at risk."
