But here is some good news: There are easy ways to get your kids to eat more greens, such as with this recipe for broccoli tots from The Two Bite Club.
These hand-held, kid-friendly “tots” will please kids and adults alike, and they are also chock-full of important nutrients thanks to the addition of broccoli. Broccoli is an awesome source of vitamins K and C and is also a good source of potassium and fiber, but kids aren’t always a fan.
All you need is one bunch of broccoli, two eggs, onion, breadcrumbs and shredded cheese. In their full recipe, The Two Bite Club uses sharp cheddar, but you could also try your family’s favorite cheese. They bake easily in muffin tins.
