Their employees are already required to wear face masks.
In addition, The Fresh Market has implemented social distancing measures in all of their stores, according to their Facebook page, including

* Plexiglass sneeze guards at checkout
* Social distancing signage reminders throughout the store
* 6 foot markers to encourage physical distancing by the Meat & Seafood department and at checkout
