The Fresh Market is hosting multiple cut-to-order beef and salmon events in October and November.

The Fresh Market is hosting multiple cut-to-order beef and salmon events in October and November.

According to the company, during these events, "the butchers bring the meat counter to a special table on the sales floor and cut different types of meat to our guests’ exact specifications."

The featured meat each week will have special, limited-time pricing, as well.

Weekly Event Details

The following events will take place in Triangle locations from 2pm-6pm on the days listed below. Customers do not need to sign up to come to the events.

Saturday 10/8: Premium Choice Whole Boneless Ribeye – This is the new cut-to-order event. The butcher will cut a Premium Choice Whole Boneless Ribeye to your desired specifications. This cut of beef is hand-trimmed and aged at least 14 days for maximum tenderness and will be on sale for $11.99/lb, (save $3.00).
Saturday 10/15: Whole Atlantic Salmon Fillet will be on sale for $7.99/lb (save $6.00)
Saturday 10/22: Premium Choice Whole NY Strip will be on sale for $8.99/lb (save $4.00)
Saturday 10/29: Premium Choice Whole Beef Tenderloin will be on sale for $14.99/lb, (save $5.00) but the price for Loyalty members will be $12.99lb (save $7.00)
Saturday, 11/5: Whole Atlantic Salmon Fillet will be $7.99/lb (save $6/lb) from 2 pm to 6 pm
Saturday, 11/12: Whole New York Strip will be $8.99/lb (save $4/lb) from 2 pm to 6 pm
