A man became so frustrated after receiving an estimate of over $22,000 to replace the battery on his 2013 Tesla that he decided to blow it up.

Tuomas Katainen, from Finland, got advice from the people behind the "Bomb Dudes" YouTube channel, which is known for blowing things up.

The Bomb Dudes used volunteers to rig the car with dynamite.

Toumas, who didn't have to pay, got to press the button.

The video exploded on the internet with one poster asking Elon Musk, "Could you get him a new one please?"

CNN asked Tesla for comment but got no response.

Toumas bought the 2013 Tesla used about a year and a half ago.

According to Tesla, the standard warranty on a Model S covers eight years or 150,000 miles but may be voided if the battery is opened or serviced by anyone not authorized by Tesla.
