Teens invited to apply to Raleigh's summer Counselor in Training program

Participants must be between the ages of 14 and 16 by the start of camp to participate in the program, which teaches teens how to be successful leaders and prepare for the role of a future camp counselor.

Raleigh parks is looking for teenagers to apply for its Counselor in Training program.

Participants must be between the ages of 14 and 16 by the start of camp to participate in the program, which teaches teens how to be successful leaders and prepare for the role of a future camp counselor.

Applications are due by Feb. 28, 2020. Just 24 teens are chosen for for the program, which includes an interview with staff as well. Those selected must complete a training program from June 15 to June 19. They'll volunteer at a camp for a week between June 22 and Aug. 21. The fee is $185.
