Darian Lee Davis, 17, and Dustin Thomas Davis, 19, were walking east on the rails on a near Washington and 11th streets, said sheriff's office spokesman Chris Upchurch. Neither moved when the train engineer blew his whistle. Both died instantly, Upchurch said.
