Teen charged in Moore County armed robbery
Moore County deputies charged a 17-year-old Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery at a Eagle Springs home last month, authorities said.

EAGLE SPRINGS, N.C. — Moore County deputies charged a 17-year-old Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery at an Eagle Springs home last month, authorities said.
Tevin Barrington Spencer, of 9944 N.C. Highway 705, faces one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon. He was being held in the Moore County jail under a $75,000 bond.
Deputies said that the victim was approached at home on June 20 and held at gunpoint while Spencer stole cash and other items, before fleeing on foot.
Witnesses told deputies that they recognized the robber as Spencer, authorities said.
