The offer is valid from 12:00 AM-11:59 PM local time on 10/28/20. There is a limit of 1 per person.
According to their website, "Free taco offer also valid for store pickup all redemption day via online or the mobile app, for registered users of tacobell.com or the Taco Bell App."
