Suspects sought in attempted murder, robbery in Fayetteville

Police said Chrishawn Johnson, 16, Charles Boone, 18, and two other unidentified suspects entered the business with handguns on Dec. 23. The owner of the business was shot.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are searching for four people wanted in connection with an attempted armed robbery of the Gold Factory last month.

Police said Chrishawn Johnson, 16, Charles Boone, 18, and two other unidentified people entered the business, at 5075 Morganton Road, with handguns on Dec. 23. The owner of the business was shot.

Johnson and Boone should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
