— Members of the U.S. Marshal’s Violent Fugitive Task Force transported a murder suspect to Cumberland County Wednesday to face charges in the death of Jessica Sinatra Lee-Morgan.

The body of Lee-Morgan, 35, was discovered inside her SUV in Stedman on May 25. A passerby had noticed the vehicle along Shelton Beard Road for much of the previous day.

An autopsy report said she had been stabbed four times and was last known to be alive in the early-morning hours of May 23.

Keith Devon Manuel, 32, of 1686 South Reilly Road, was charged in her death. Marshals found him in College Park, Ga., July 7.
