Suspect remains at-large in Fayetteville homicide

Fayetteville police have charged three suspects in connection with the Friday shooting death of 22-year-old Terence Deshon Foster.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police have charged three suspects in connection with the Friday shooting death of 22-year-old Terence Deshon Foster.

 Foster was shot multiple times around 6 p.m. outside his home on North Sumac Circle.

Warrants were issued on Monday for Marcus Latrel McAllister, 24, of 668 Martins Landing, Termona Dremell Williams, 29, of 400 Snow Hill Road, and Anthony Wayne Birch, 24, of 2739 George Owen Road.

All are charged with first-degree murder. McAllister and Williams are also charged with breaking and entering.

On Monday, authorities said McAllister was at the Cumberland County Detention Center on a non-related incident. He was being held Tuesday without bond on the new charges.

Birch was apprehended Monday evening and was being held in the detention center without bond.

Williams remains at-large, police said. He is considered armed and dangerous.
