Suspect in Fayetteville shooting turns himself in

Fayetteville, N.C. — Jamarqus Deonte Hurley was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with murder in connection with a shooting last month, according to the Fayetteville Police Department.
Hurley turned himself into authorities, police said. He is charged with first-degree murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Hurley allegedly shot and killed Diquane McLamb on July 27 while he sat in a car at Discount Tobacco, located at 816 S. Reilly Road.
