DURHAM, N.C. — Surveillance video shared with WRAL News by a convenience store owner shows a fight outside the business minutes before a fatal shooting.

Before 10 p.m. on Sunday, officers with the Durham Police Department responded to a shooting at R&M Mini Mart and Tobacco, located at 1912 S. Alston Avenue. A man was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds, where he died of his injuries.

The store owner shared the surveillance video, which shows a man in the passenger side of a car come around to the driver's side and get into a fight with another man. The men moved out of the frame before the shooting.

Police have released no information about the suspects but say the incident is under investigation.
