FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville / Cumberland County Crimestoppers released surveillance video Wednesday from inside a gas station in hopes the public will help identify the two men who robbed the store and beat the clerk there on June 3.

The video shows two men dressed in dark, hooded shirts and wearing ski masks, who enter the Shell gas station in the 8300 block of Cliffdale Rd Road at approximately 1:20 a.m. The men force the clerk to empty the register and then beat him behind the counter. They also threaten him with guns.

While the men's faces are not visible in the video, Fayetteville police detectives are hoping that their mannerisms or clothing will provide a clue to their identities.
