RALEIGH, N.C. — Because of the winter storm pushing its way through North Carolina, Sunday's Holiday Express event at Pullen Park has been postponed. The make-up date will be Monday, Dec. 17. (The city also had set aside Monday, Dec. 10, as a make-up date, but a winter storm warning continues through Monday.)
Here's what you need to know if you have tickets, according to the city's website:
Patrons who have purchased tickets for Sunday’s Holiday Express are invited to attend the scheduled rain date on Monday, Dec. 17. Your original tickets from Sunday’s event will automatically be valid on Monday, Dec. 17.
If you are unable to attend the rain date, refund requests must be submitted in writing and should be sent to holidayexpress@raleighnc.gov. Refund requests must be received by Sunday, Dec, 16 at noon. Please include your name, phone number, and email address.
We truly regret having to postpone Holiday Express this Sunday as we fully understand the excitement surrounding this annual tradition. Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe during this winter weather event.
