Virginia school district using drones to help gets books to students to read over summer
Summer break may have started for many students around the country. That certainly doesn't mean kids have to stop reading. One Virginia school district is going above and beyond, literally, to help students get a good book to read.
Chapel Hill, Wake County libraries plan virtual summer reading programs
Traditional summer reading programs that involve stopping in at the library to get out a pile of books, participating in crafts and activities and enjoying other fun in-person activities likely won't happen in libraries across the country this year. But two local library systems have announced they're going virtual.
