If you've been thinking about trying out Stroller Strides, the workout for moms with their stroller-riding kids, this is the week to do it.

Classes are free all week at several locations in Wake County. The free classes are at 10 a.m. Monday through Friday. The workout is designed for all fitness levels.

And the free classes include the 10 a.m. class on Wednesday at North Hills, which happens to be when Go Ask Mom will be having our fun event with North Hills Kids. That runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes big foam blocks for the kids to play with, snacks, crafts, free child IDs from the Wake County Sheriff's Office, a contest for tickets to the Museum of Life and Science in Durham and much more. Read my earlier post for all the details.
