Zebulon police investigate death of 3-month old

Police are investigating the death of a 3-month old infant found unresponsive by its mother on Sunday.

Although there are no signs of foul play the department is conducting an investigation into the matter, authorities said Sunday.
The infant was transported to the Medical Examiners Office at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
