Some area homeowners won't forget it. Their brand-new heating systems suddenly stopped working. Why? It got too cold!

The initial complaints came from senior citizens living in a green community. We couldn't believe the ridiculous measures they had to take to get their heat to work, and we're certain you won't either, especially since as we looked into the problem, we learned it impacts potentially thousands of homeowners!
