A cowboy tries to hold on for eight seconds during the bull riding event at the World's Toughest Rodeo at the RBC Center in Raleigh, N.C., on Jan. 14, 2011.

The World's Toughest Rodeo returns to the RBC Center at 7:30 p.m., Jan. 21. The show features champion cowboys and a special "cowboy kids' zone" before the show where cowboys teach kids how to lasso steer, barrel race and more.
