Woman's body found in Siler City

Police in Siler City are investigating after a woman's body was found in the 300 block of W. 11th Street early Saturday.

Police responded to a call about an unresponsive woman around 4:30 a.m. According to officials, a person of interest has been identified.

An investigation is ongoing.
