A Burlington woman has been charged with statutory rape after a 12-year-old told police he was forced to have sex with her.
A local woman has been charged with statutory rape after a 12-year-old told police he was forced to have sex with her.
Cassandra Lynn Cone, 18, of 2105 Peace Lane, was charged with first-degree statutory rape and was being held Wednesday in the Alamance County Jail under a $40,000 bond.
The boy said he was assaulted last Thursday, police said.
